New Customer Evaluation Day

Trial production and facility training session provided by Facility Manager (meat or non-meat)

$65.00 (4 hours of processing 8.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon followed by process & critical control point review)

Distribution 

We now offer a local distribution service to all local food producers in the Mad River Valley, Middlesex and Waterbury. Currently distribution takes place once a week and includes local deliveries in the Mad River Valley followed by stops in Montpelier, Waterbury, Burlington and Winooski. 

The Mad River Food Hub has a 4WD 14ft refrigerated truck with a hydraulic lift gate which provides the flexibility to collect and deliver to locations without loading docks.
